• Regulatory authorities rely on the timely and accurate filing of report data by financial institutions using specific reporting formats.
• Data collected from regulatory reports facilitate early identification of problems that can threaten the safety and soundness of reporting institutions; ensure timely implementation of the prompt corrective action provisions required by law; and serve other legitimate supervisory purposes. Certain regulatory report information is used for public disclosure so investors, depositors, and creditors can better assess the financial condition of the reporting banks.
• Financial institutions in DRC using Loan Performer can submit reports to the regulatory system under Accounting/Regulatory Reports/DRC Regulatory reports.

How to generate DRC Regulatory reports

To generate DRC Regulatory reports go to Accounts/Regulatory Reports and a screen like one below ill appear:

The DRC Regulatory reports uses three key reports for regulatory purposes:

• Balance sheet.
• Statement of Income and expenses and
• Fina Reports.

Note:
Besides the Balance sheet and statement of Income and expenses, the FINA reports further contain other performance monitoring reports like. Ageing report, Cash flow statement, Breakdown of members deposits etc.

When FINA  reports are selected, the system will lead you to other performance monitoring report like as seen below:

• Balance sheet
• Statement of Income and expenses
• Ageing report,

• Breakdown of outstandings
• Breakdown of members deposits

• Breakdown of assets
• Breakdown of Out Standing loans allocated to income generating activities
